Joboogle reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Joboogle provides a service to bring Job Seekers and Employers together. Job Seekers and Employers can register, create profiles/job posts and search for jobs and resumes.
Payments / Donations
Joboogle uses the secure payment portal of Paypal.com to process all payments.
Joboogle does not store any credit card information.
All products purchased are final and we do not offer refunds.
Joboogle cannot guarantee applicants to job postings. The job market is constantly changing and will highly depend on the Employers job content written for the job posting to attract candidates to apply.
Job Seeker personal data will be available to Employers visiting Joboogle. Personal data includes a Name which is mandatory, an email Address which is mandatory and a Telephone Number which is optional.
Personal data provided by the user may be used by Joboogle to notify the user of any news, and or promotional offers relating only to the Joboogle website. The user can unsubscribe from these notifications at anytime.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
What data we retain
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue
For users that register on Joboogle we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
If you have an account on Joboogle, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Joboogle will not disclose user personal data to any third party.
Joboogle may not be used for any of the following purposes:
To contact users regarding any issue apart from the purpose of recruitment.
To contact users to offer any services from a 3rd party company.
To post any illegal content.
The user is required to provide truthful information in their profile or job post.
It is prohibited to use any text or images from Joboogle for personal or commercial use.
Joboogle does not hold responsibility for any untruthful and/or inaccurate information included in job posts and profiles.
Joboogle reserves the right to edit or delete any information submitted by the user to the website.
Joboogle will not be responsible for any loss or damage the user may encounter from using the website.

We use Google Analytics to analyse the use of our website.
Our analytics service provider generates statistical and other information about website use by means of cookies.
