An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Adult Learning Disability Service in Carlisle for a Team Manager. This post will manage and lead a multi-disciplinary team of health professionals to provide a specialist health service to adults with a Learning Disability in Carlisle and Eden.

We are looking for a friendly, passionate and enthusiastic candidate with a high level of intercommunication skills to join the leadership team. The post holder will be responsible for the operational management of the team within the culture of continuous service improvement to ensure professional standards and best practice is embedded in the team.

The post holder will be dynamic with experience of effective leadership and experience of change management supporting the team effectively through a period of change and future challenges in line with NHS drivers.

The key holder will maintain, manage and deliver on key Trust and Service targets ensuring the high performance of the team whilst upholding trust values with the service user at the centre.
